IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Andhra Pradesh High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement submitted for restructure of the company capital under the Companies Act 1956, and as per the court order.
The company shall comply with the conditions and implement the scheme in due course of time, it said.
The shares of Hyderabad-based infrastructure company (formerly Maytas Infra Ltd) were trading at Rs 64.15, up 1.81 per cent.
