The Indian Hotels Company Limited and Tata Sons have clarified that the report related to the exit of Rakesh Sarna, Managing Director and CEO of Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, is completely baseless and unfounded.

Some media reports had speculated that Sarna could be on his way out after Cyrus Mistry's exit as Chairman of Tata Sons.
