Indian promoters deny stake sale in Lumax Industries

Lumax Industries Ltd has denied rumours/unconfirmed news circulating in the market that D. K. Jain Group (Indian promoters) are selling their stake to Stanley Electric Co. Ltd, Japan (foreign promoter) at a substantial premium to current market price and said that these were completely unfounded and are not correct.
