Indiassetz, a real estate advisory and portfolio management services firm, is on expansion mode.
The firm announced that it crossed the ₹500-crore mark of Assets Under Management (AuM) in Hyderabad and outlined the second phase of expansion.
After a successful stint in Bengaluru, the firm plans to expand its operations in Telangana with a focus on the Hyderabad real estate market. It also aims to cover the other southern capitals and is at an advanced stage of opening offices in other metros.
Shivam Sinha, CEO, Indiassetz, said: “Hyderabad has tremendous growth potential and is one of India’s most important investment destinations. It has well established HNI & NRI property market and people have invested in the city for the potential it promises.”
“With new government policies coming in, real estate investments are expected to grow rapidly within the city resulting better prospects for our business,” he said.
The firm aims to help HNIs and NRIs manage their real estate portfolios.
