TajGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 29 has approved the re-appointment of G Indira Krishna Reddy as Managing Director for a further period of five years from April 25, 2015 to April 24, 2020.
The company also informed that the present tenure of appointment expires on April 24, 2015.
