PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi is on a visit to India. She called on the Prime Minister on Thursday and has also met with other senior government officials in New Delhi. She will also take stock of the Indian operations. Born and educated in Chennai, Nooyi recently tweeted about her hometown’s struggle with floods.
“My thoughts are with those suffering in my hometown of Chennai right now,” she tweeted on December 4.
PepsiCo in collaboration with Smile Foundation is focusing on offering free Aquafina drinking water and Quaker Oats in Chennai.
