A Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court on Friday extended the interim relief on a winding-up order on Dunlop India. The interim relief was granted till February 18.
The Division Bench extended the stay after the Dunlop management promised to submit a sum of Rs 10 crore as directed by the court.
The Bench asked that the amount be deposited by February 11.
Dunlop India had on Februay 4 moved to the Division Bench seeking a stay on a winding up order issued by Justice Sanjib Banerjee on January 31.
