IVRCL Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 2,228.94 crore including a road project that entails widening a stretch of 311 km between Nechipu and Hoj in Arunachal Pradesh worth Rs 1,486 crore.
The company in a statement informed that the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has awarded the road project on annuity basis to Sushee-IVRCL consortium.
The Ministry is expected to provide a cash support of Rs 1,004 crore. It has a concession period of 17 years to be completed within four and a half years.
The project is being implemented jointly between IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd (IVRCL A&H) and Sushee Infra Private Ltd, by incorporating a special purpose vehicle wherein IVRCL A&H shall hold 26 per cent of the equity and IVRCL Ltd will undertake the construction work of the proposed Road.
Other orders include that of the power division (Rs 104 crore), buildings (Rs 244.87 crore), transportation (Rs 104.65 crore), water division (Rs 263.30 crore) and mining (Rs 31.68 crore).
