JCB unveils ‘Livelink’ technology

Construction equipment manufacturer JCB India on Wednesday unveiled ‘Livelink’ — telematics technology to remotely monitor machines. Vipin Sondhi, MD and CEO, JCB India, said, “Livelink is a telematics system which provides information on service, operation and security of machines leading to better control on equipment usage.” It can provide alerts on real time location, maintenance alerts, machine and fleet hours, etc. The user can monitor the machine through SMS, e-mail or by visiting JCB Livelink site.
