JSW Energy, on a consolidated basis, has posted a 51 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 325 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, compared with Rs 214 crore logged in the same period last year.
Total income rose from Rs 2,517 crore to Rs 2,600 crore.
On Wednesday, the company scrip was trading at Rs 81.95, up 1.24 per cent, on the BSE.
