Jump Games, Reliance Animation to launch ‘Krishna Aur Kans’ game

Jump Games, a publisher of mobile games, apps and content, has collaborated with Reliance Animation to launch the mobile game of Krishna Aur Kans movie.

The new game is an extension of Jump’s ‘Think Global, Play Local’ strategy. The core philosophy behind this is to create Indian themed game IPs, which have higher acceptance among casual gamers across tier I, II and III markets.

Krishna Aur Kans game is available on all leading mobile platforms like Android, Blackberry and Symbian, across all leading mobile operators.

The game has been developed to extend the experience of the movie and offer it on mobile devices. The visuals in the game have been given special attention to ensure that they are in sync with the high-end animation quality of the movie.

Elaborating on the game, Ashish S.K., CEO, Reliance Animation, said: “While developing the movie and the game, we have given special attention to adhere to Indian sensibilities towards our heritage characters.”

Chaitanya Prabhu, Business Head- India, Jump Games, said: “We wanted to participate in the celebration of Jansmasthami by creating a game based on Krishna and this movie gives us a platform to engage with the casual gamers across markets.”

In the recent past, Jump has developed various Indian themed games like Border War LOC, TM Moto Madness, T20 Cricket 2012, Chhota Bheem, ICC Cricket, Ninja Strike, Secret Police Force Dragon Fly and Indian Warriors.
