Local search engine Justdial today reported 18 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 33.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 28.11 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, it said in a BSE filing.
Justdial’s total income from operations grew 24.87 per cent to Rs 168.62 crore in the quarter under review against Rs 135.03 crore in the year-ago period.
Its overall expenses stood at Rs 126.93 crore, up 18.91 per cent, compared with Rs 106.74 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal.
Justdial shares were trading 1.71 per cent up at Rs 1,102.40 apiece during the morning session on the BSE.
