Kallol Datta, on Thursday, has stepped down from the board of directors of Tide Water Oil Co (India) Ltd, the company said in a notice to the bourses.
“We hereby intimate that Kallol Datta has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company as on August 11,” it said.
The company reported an 8 per cent increase in net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 to ₹ 27.5 crore. Net profit in the March to June period last fiscal stood at ₹ 25.5 crore.
During the period, net sales increased to ₹288 crore for the quarter or a 4 per cent increase over the ₹ 278 crore it reported in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
