Engineering firm Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) today said it has bagged contracts worth Rs 880 crore both in domestic and international markets.
It has secured five transmission line projects together valued at Rs 465 crore in Tanzania, Ukraine, Thailand, Tajikistan and Ethiopia, the company said in a BSE filing.
It has also won a turnkey contract for 400-kv transmission line of approximately Rs 342 crore from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation.
KPTL has also won a Rs 75-crore pipeline laying project from GAIL.
On the order book, Kalpataru Power MD Manish Mohnot said: “We are successfully penetrating in international markets across Africa, CIS and Asian region on the back of our execution track and prudent project selection. We continue to gain market share in the domestic market.”
The stock was trading at Rs 251, down 0.52 per cent on the BSE.
