Kamdhenu Ltd posts net of ₹5.46 cr

Paint and coating manufacturer Kamdhenu Limited registered a net profit of ₹5.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, against ₹4.12 crore during the corresponding previous quarter. The total income stood at ₹242.37 crore (₹305.44 crore). The steel business contributed 67.6 per cent of revenues and the rest came from the paint division, a company statement said. “The process of hive-off of the paint division into a separate mirror image shareholding company is on,” said Satish Kumar Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director.
