Kennametal India has suffered a loss of ₹2.92 crore for the third quarter of 2013-14 compared to profit of ₹6.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company’s income from operations is marginally higher by 0.59 per cent, at ₹132.69 crore compared with last year’s ₹131.91 crore.
EPS stood at ₹1.33 compared to ₹3.03. Its segment-wise revenues were machine tools ₹22.06 crore (last year ₹24.57 crore), hard metal and hard metal products ₹110.63 crore (last year ₹104.18 crore).
