Despite all the troubles and financial gloom, Kingfisher continued to be the favourite airline in the country along with Jet Airways, according to an annual airline and air travel survey done by travel advisory portal TripAdvisor.
While Kingfisher emerged as the best airline for in-flight entertainment, in-flight food and beverages, in-flight service and maintenance, Jet Airways was in the lead for landing and take-off quality and ground handling.
Kingfisher had topped the 2010 edition of the survey. “The survey rings in some good news for woe-ridden Kingfisher Airlines. Despite recent turbulent times, consumers have given a clear thumbs-up to the airline as a favourite carrier, which is topping most service and experience parameters,” said Mr Nikhil Ganju, Country Manager, TripAdvisor India.
