Kings XI Punjab has roped in renewable energy products maker NVD Solar as its title sponsor for three years.
Col Arvinder Singh, COO, Kings XI Punjab, said, the team has some of the best brands on board as partners. “It is our privilege to have NVD Solar on board and we are sure this association will strengthen with each passing year,” he said.
Saibal Hazra, Managing Director, NVD Solar, added that the company hoped, “this association can reap benefits for both the parties.”
The team said it will continue its association with other partners. While Lux Cozi is its ‘Official Comfort Partner’, ACC, Arise Inverters and Batteries, Raindrops Basmati, USL and McDowell’s No. 1 are its Official Team Partners. Other brand associations include Pavilion Sport, Noida University, Mountain Dew, Meshi Creations, 92.7 BIG FM, Kabirz and TK Sports.
The team said it is also launching its loyalty programme this year to strengthen its bond with its supporters. “Other initiatives like launching a mobile application, a live in-app FanWall and an initiative with the Punjab Police to support women empowerment have also been instituted to engage with our fans and contribute to society,” it said in a statement.
