International property consultancy Knight Frank India has appointed Mr Balbirsingh Khalsa as the national director for office and industrial business.
Mr Balbirsingh Khalsa has 20 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing across diverse industry verticals in India.
In his new role, Mr Khalsa will drive the growth strategy to strengthen the business and client relationships for the office and industrial business division.
“The absorption in the office leasing market in India is largely by multinational corporations and large Indian corporate behemoths. Most of these corporations prefer having seamless strategy and execution globally through a single service partner. Balbir’s appointment will strengthen our presence,’’ said Mr Pranab Datta, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Knight Frank India.
As Knight Frank continues to strengthen its Global Corporate Services (GCS) offering, its GCS teams across key financial centres such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, London, Germany and other emerging markets are now closely aligned with their US partner, Newmark Grubb.
