Sequoia Capital-backed Cloud communications platform Knowlarity has raised $20 million (about ₹136 crore) in Series C funding, led by Dubai-based private-equity firm Delta Partners. This funding, the third strategic round, increases the company’s total investment to $41 million.
The round also saw participation from existing investors Sequoia India and Mayfield, and a debt-based investment from Blacksoil and Trifecta Capital.
M&A and private capital advisory firm Signal Hill was the financial advisor to the deal.
Knowlarity will use the funds to expand into other international markets, make acquisitions and invest in advanced technology products for its customers.
“We are excited about the investment and the quality of investors coming on board. With the domain expertise they bring on board, we are confident that we will be able to provide even more innovative C2B communication solutions to businesses around the world and establish ourselves as global leaders in the segment,” said Ambarish Gupta, founder and CEO.
