KNR Constructions Ltd has informed the BSE that the shareholders of the company by way of Postal Ballot have approved a special resolution with requisite majority for shifting of registered office of the company from Hyderabad to Delhi.
The management has also secured members’ nod to alter Articles of Association of the company.
