Public sector HMT Ltd has appointed Kusumjit Sidhu as a part-time official director on the board.
According to the company, the appointment was with effect from May 2, 2013 vide Presidential Order. Kusumjit Sidhu replaces Vijay Shankar Madan who ceased to be a director from May 2.
