Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has bagged contracts worth Rs 2,674 crore from domestic and international clients.
“The construction arm of L&T has won orders worth Rs 2,674 crore across various business segments,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
“A major order has been received from a private infrastructure developer for four-laning the Hospet-Chitradurga road section in Karnataka under NHDP Phase 3,” it added.
In the power transmission and distribution segment, the company has secured an order from an oil refinery in West Asia for developing its existing electrical facilities.
The solar business too is a beneficiary as it has received orders for the turnkey construction of solar photovoltaic power plants from multiple private companies.
The detailed figures of the orders, however, were not disclosed by L&T.
Ongoing jobs of other businesses of L&T Construction chipped in with additional orders, it said.
