The provisional liquidator appointed by the Calcutta High Court will visit Dunlop's Shahgunj unit in Hooghly district tomorrow.
The Division Bench of Mr Justice K. J. Sengupta and Mr Justice Joymalya Bagchi on Tuesday directed the official liquidator to be present at the company's Shahgunj unit.
The official liquidator will be accompanied by representatives of both the petitioners and defendant.
A liquidator is appointed for taking control of all assets of a company for settling claims against it when a company goes into the winding-up process.
The Division Bench is hearing an appeal filed by the tyre-makers against the appointment of a provisional liquidator.
Earlier in March , a Single Bench of the High Court had appointed a provisional liquidator to take charge of the company's assets.
