Lupin consolidated net profit rose 2.98 per cent to Rs 227.20 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2011 against Rs 220.62 crore during the same period last fiscal.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said its net sales stood at Rs 1,511.54 crore during the fourth quarter against Rs 1,286.09 crore during the corresponding period previous fiscal.
During the financial year ended March 31, 2011, the consolidated net profit stood at Rs 862.55 crore (Rs 681.63 crore) and net sales stood at Rs 5,706.82 crore (Rs 4,773.63 crore).
