Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd (MFCWL), India's largest multi-brand pre-owned car company, has inaugurated a new royalty dealership in Thrissur. Skillmech Cars is located at Chungam, Paravattani, on the Trichur-Palakkad highway.
The dealership was inaugurated by Mr Rajeev Dubey, President (Group HR & After Market) & Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
Pre-owned car market
He said the pre-owned car market in Thrissur is growing rapidly and with its extensive infrastructure and the wide array of services it offers customers, Skillmech Cars is well poised to tap the potential of this market.
The showroom is spread over an area of area of 900 sq. ft. with an additional parking space of 2,000 sq. ft. and display all brands of pre-owned cars. Skillmech Cars will also function as a one-stop shop for consumers, offering a range of services, including purchase and sale of pre-owned cars, car finance and insurance, car accessories, RTO transfer and a commitment card which covers both 24X7 roadside assistance across the country and a conditional warranty on pre-owned cars, Mr C. J. Paul, Director, Skillmech Cars, said.
Mahindra FirstChoice Wheels is the country's preferred pre-owned car mart and is India's only organised multi-brand player with 140 outlets in 93 towns across India. The company plans to expand this number to 300 outlets in the next three years. This implies that customers will soon be able to choose from a range of certified pre-owned cars throughout India, including the metros and Tier-2 towns and cities.
