McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has said that as a part of its business realignment strategy, the Board of Directors of the company on October 23 decided to transfer entire holding of the company in MBE Coal & Mineral Technology India Pvt Ltd (CMT India), a 99.9% subsidiary of the company, to another subsidiary, McNally Sayaji Engineering Ltd.
