McNally Bharat Engineering Co Ltd (MBECL) said on Thursday that its 100 per cent step-down German subsidiary — MBE Coal & Mineral Technologies GmbH — would supply three pneumatic flotation cells to Vale Group, the largest producer of iron ore in the world.
The units would be for Vale’s Timbopeba iron ore mine in Brazil. The ordered units, worth 2.2 million euro or Rs 15.95 crore, will have to be supplied within 11 months.
