Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) registered a loss of ₹267.72 crore in the third quarter of 2018-19 as against a net profit of ₹969.88 crore in the third quarter of 2017-18. The company registered a net profit of ₹13.08 crore during the first nine months of 2018-19 as against ₹1682.04 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
The company’s total income from operations stood at ₹20,249.62 crore during the third quarter of 2018-19 as against ₹17,419.77 crore during the corresponding period of 2017-18.
On Thursday, the scrip of MRPL closed at ₹66.65 on the BSE, up 2.30 per cent against the previous close of ₹65.15.
