The shareholders of NACL, formerly known as Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd, have approved a proposal to raise ₹300 crore.
“At an EGM held on February 3, the shareholders approved the proposal,” a company statement said on Monday.
Meanwhile, the total income of the company in the third quarter ended December 31, 2017, showed a growth of 19 per cent over the corresponding period last year to reach ₹192 crore. The profit before tax stood at ₹2.54 crore in the quarter.
“The company continues to grow in both domestic and export markets,” added the statement.
