Navaratna PSU National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco) has bagged three awards at the Global HR Excellence Awards ceremony.
The awards — ‘CEO with HR Orientation’, ‘HR Leadership Award’ and ‘Organisation with Innovative HR Practices’ — were presented at the ongoing ceremony during World HRD Congress — 2012 at Mumbai, company sources said here today.
While Mr B.L.Bagra, CMD, Nalco, received the ‘CEO with HR Orientation’ and ‘Organisation with Innovative HR Practices’ awards, Mr Joy Varghese, Director (Personnel & Administration), was handed over the ‘HR Leadership Award’.
The theme of this year’s Congress is ‘Survive & Thrive’. The congress is attended by many leading industry leaders, CEOs, business heads, HR professionals and management consultants from across the world, they said.
