Nandan Denim Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 15.50 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015, as against Rs 11.47 crore in the corresponding period last year, showing a rise of 35 per cent.
According to a company statement, net sales for the first quarter stood at Rs 280.50 crore, up 6 per cent, against Rs 263.68 crore in the same period last year.
Nandan Denim has reported healthy EBITDA and PAT margin in Q1 FY16 at 16.5 per cent and 5.5 per cent, respectively, the statement added.
The scrip ended the session down by 12.09 per cent at Rs 149 on the BSE.
