Nandan Denim Ltd, a leading denim fabric manufacturer, on Friday, reported an increase of 23.8 per cent in net profit and 3.5 per cent in sales in the third quarter of 2015-16, ended December 31, 2015, compared to the corresponding period last fiscal.
While the net profit was Rs 15.65 crore (Rs.12.63 crore), sales stood at Rs.287.37 crore (Rs.277.60 crore), according to a company statement here.
The board of directors has recommended an interim dividend of 8 per cent for the current financial year, said Deepak Chiripal, CEO.
