State-owned construction firm NBCC today said it has signed an MoU with Finland’s Fortum Oyj for developing electric vehicle charging infrastructure in upcoming development projects in India.
“NBCC has signed a cooperation institutional relationship MoU with ‘Fortum Oyj’ — Finland’ for developing charging infrastructure in upcoming development projects in India,” the company said in a BSE filing.
The MoU is general in nature to establish the basis for co-operative institutional relationships and does not involve any joint venture or financial implication at this stage, it said.
Shares of NBCC were trading 0.73 per cent higher at Rs 215.20 on the BSE.
