Broadcasting major New Delhi Television (NDTV) on Thursday said its consolidated loss has narrowed to Rs 16.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company had reported a net loss of Rs 22.31 crore in the corresponding period last year, NDTV said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income from operations was also lower at Rs 103.33 crore (Rs 108.24 crore).
On standalone basis, the company registered a net loss of Rs 15.25 crore in the second quarter as against a net loss of Rs 10.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Total income from operations on standalone basis stood at Rs 78.45 crore in the quarter under review, compared with Rs 82.23 crore in the same quarter of previous year.
