Mithun Chittilappilly has become the managing director of V Guard Industries Ltd. Announcing the decision taken by the Director Board at a recent meeting, Kochouseph Chittilappilly, founder of V Guard Industries, said that V. Ramachandran has taken over as the director of marketing and strategy from April 2.
Mr Ramachandran is a leading management professional, bringing with him over 25 years of cross-functional experience across blue chip companies such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd and LG Electronics etc.
“Ramachandran's cross-functional expertise, rich experience and exposure to the global markets will help V-Guard achieve its next phase of growth,” Kochouseph Chittilappilly, who will continue as vice-chairman of the company, said.
