Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, a joint venture company formed to set up an ammonia and urea manufacturing unit in Telangana has been incorporated on February 17 with Registered Office in New Delhi, according to a statement made to BSE.
National Fertilizers Limited, Engineers India Limited and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited are promoters of the joint venture company.
Earlier in January, NFL, EIL and FCIL had signed a joint venture agreement for setting up new ammonia and urea plants of 2200 MT per day and 3850 MT per day capacity respectively with an outlay of Rs 5,000 crore at the existing site of Ramagundam Fertilizer Plant in Karimnagar in Telangana.
