Orchid Chem to reprice ESOP scheme

Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed the BSE that the shareholders of the company, by way of postal ballot, have approved with requisite majority, the repricing of 8,64,500 options granted to employees on October 28, 2010, under the Orchid ESOP 2010 Scheme – from Rs 329.55 to Rs 166.15 a share.
