Patel Realty India, a 100 per cent subsidiary of the Patel Engineering Group, launched its luxury project — Townsville at Neotown, an integrated township at Bangalore.
An enclave of 124 premium duplex homes, Townsville will have European style townhouses. Located near Electronic City, Townsville will offer Townhouses in 3.5, 4 and 4.5 BHK options with sizes varying from 3,358 sq.ft. to 4,189 sq.ft, said a company release.
