Payback, India’s largest multi-brand loyalty programme, has strengthened its online presence by creating a unique online shopping platform www.payback.in. Customers with Payback memberships can shop from various e-commerce sites through this Web site.

This micro-shop has over 40 leading e-commerce shops listed and has more than a hundred thousand products to choose from.

The loyalty firm has partnered with players across categories including travel, entertainment, household, fashion, electronic and sports. MakeMyTrip, BookmyShow, Futurebazaar, Naaptol, Playgroundonline are some of the players where one can earn and redeem points directly at partner sites.  Besides, Payback members can also earn points at its online affiliate partners such as Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, Homeshop18 and Indiatimes Shopping by shopping at these sites through payback.in micro-shop.

“Over a million e-commerce transactions were powered through our online partners in 2012 and significant value was driven back to them through redemption of millions of points on our platform. Not only would this add value to our members where they can earn and redeem points but also help partners acquire new customers from a large member base by using our analytics and marketing platform,” said Vijay Bobba, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Payback India.

Partners are benefited by the increase in top-line. For members, PAYBACK points can be combined with other transactional instruments such as cash, credit card or debit card to purchase products of their choice and at a value above the points they have at online partners of their choice.
