Phoenix Mills is making a foray into Pune and has announced the launch of ‘Fountainhead’ near Viman Nagar on the Ahmednagar Road.
The elevated condominiums project comprises 81 three and four bedroom apartments in two 13-floor towers. The towers will come up on top of its up-market mall Phoenix Marketcity that is located on a 14-acre plot of land. The homes range from 3,000-5,100 sq ft in size and come at a base price of Rs 11,900 per sq ft.
“Pune has always been on the radar for us as it is one of the fastest growing cities in the country,” Mayank Ruia, head, Residential, Phoenix Mills, said. The company has residential projects in Chennai, Bangalore and, now, Pune and has a total of 6.5 million sq ft under planning or development, he added.
The features of the project include elevated landscaped podium and jogging track, a Zen garden and meditation pergolas, concierge with butler service, outdoor and indoor games areas and a Sky Clubhouse with temperature-controlled swimming pools.
