Mr Pralhad Chhabria, Chairman, and Mr Kishan Chhabria, Vice-Chairman of Finolex Industries Ltd, announced they will retire from their respective posts at the company’s board meeting held here today.
The Managing Director, Mr Prakash Chhabria, was unanimously elevated to the post of Executive Chairman. Mr S.S. Dhanorkar, Asst. Managing Director, was promoted as Managing Director. The board has appointed Mr Kishan Chhabria as Chairman Emeritus. All the above changes are with effect from August 11, 2012.
