Urban infrastructure provider Pratibha Industries has secured orders worth Rs 571 crore in the building and water segments.
It has bagged a Rs 362-crore order from Runwal Homes for the civil and structural work of a 40-lakh sq.ft residential building here. The project is scheduled for completion in 27 months. Another order valued at Rs 179 crore is from the Lodha Group for construction of 58 buildings in an integrated township, also in Mumbai.
An EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) order worth Rs 30 crore, along with an associate, is from Rajasthan. The contract is to generate power from gases produced from sludge digestion of 60 million litres per day (MLD) in a sewage treatment plant.
