Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Ltd (PLIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Punj Lloyd Ltd, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Delhi Police for the construction of police residential complex at Dheerpur, Delhi, on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
The project, estimated to cost Rs 1300 crore, involved construction of over 5000 residential units (approximately 40 lakh sq.ft) along with necessary utility facilities and non-residential infrastructure such as schools and shopping facilities.
PLIL would sign a concession agreement with the Delhi Police for 25 years and would be entitled to semi-annual annuities of Rs 62.75 crore along with construction milestone linked lump sum payment of Rs 316 crore.
