Adani Enterprises has awarded its digital duties to Quasar Media, which is managed by GroupM in India.
The deal includes undertaking the company's strategy across social media, search engine optimisation, media planning and buying and online reputation management.
The account would be handled by Quasar's Mumbai office. Commenting on the win, Gaurav Nabh, head, Quasar said, ``Adani, one of the leading infrastructure companies in India, have some extremely ambitious plans on the table.''
The Adani Group has revenues of about $9.4 billion. The globally integrated infrastructure player has businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, power generation and transmission and gas distribution. The group has expanded its operations to Indonesia and Australia.
