Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has announced that R T Agarwal has taken charge as Director (Finance) of the company.
“R T Agarwal has assumed charge as Director (Finance) of PowerGrid from July 29,” the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
Mr Agarwal has served as Executive Director of Finance of the company. He has been a Director of Powerlinks Transmission Ltd since July 24, 2009.
Meanwhile, the company shares were trading at Rs 107.90 up 2.86 per cent on the BSE.
