Mr Rajeev Dubey, President (Group HR and After-Market) and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, has been appointed National President of the Employers’ Federation of India (EFI).
EFI, an association of autonomous industry organisations, is one of the bodies representing India at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva. It is also a constituent of the Indian Labour Conference, alongside bodies representing workers and government.
Past Presidents of EFI include Sir Homi Mody, Mr Naval Tata and Mr Keshub Mahindra.
