Ramky infrastructure Ltd posted a loss of Rs 63.14 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2015, as against a loss of Rs 87.38 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The Hyderabad-based infrastructure company logged income of Rs 265.60 crore for the first quarter as against Rs 220.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During the quarter, the company executed a restructuring agreement with a majority of lenders. They have waived the obligation of payment of liquidated damages and penal interest. The interest on the restructured debt has been recomputed.
The company shares were trading at Rs 32.50.
