Anil Ambani Group company Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd will soon raise ₹1,200 crore through rights issue.
The proceeds will be used for increasing long-term resources and exiting from corporate debt restructuring.
The price, entitlement ratio and the date for the rights issue will be decided in due course and in consultation with the advisors and bankers to the issue, the company said.
