Reliance Energy, the Mumbai power distribution arm of Reliance Infrastructure, has come out with a customer charter called ‘Energy Infoguide.’
Reliance Energy along with other suppliers collectively serves 29 lakh consumers in Mumbai suburbs.
The guide provides information on the company, billing and payment options, key customer touch-points and value-added services, besides service assurances.
This apart, the guide has a thematic presentation on how power flows and reaches end-users in addition to safety and energy conservation tips.
A Reliance Infra spokesperson said the guide will help reduce the need to call the company’s call centres and customer care centres for routine queries.
